Register as Author (for full paper)

You need to submit your full paper to us before submission deadline, which will enter the preliminary review and peer review system. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date, if accepted, your paper will be published into the conference proceedings/journal. Plus you'll be entitled to present your paper at the conference as well. Registration fee included: 15 minutes Oral presentation / Poster Presentation; Paper publication; Attendance to all sessions; Conference program; Name tag; Certificate of presentation; Conference bag; Lunch and coffee breaks
Register as Presenter ( Abstract Template/ Poster)

You need to submit your abstract to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your abstract as oral presention/poster if it passes the review.

Register as Listener

You’re simply required to fill out the Registration form for Listeners and send it to us via email before the registration deadline. We'll contact you after we review the form.

Registration Files needed to submit

(1) The final version of the paper (both MS word file and PDF like: 123.doc and 123.pdf). --For full paper only
(2) Registration form (.xls or.xlsx)
(3) Scanned payment proof (.jpg etc)
(4) Scanned student proof (If the first author is a student and the paper register as a student.)
(5)Copyright agreement form (titled as ICMSSM2021 YOUR PAPER ID+copyright, like:"123 copyright".pdf) --For full paper only
Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until all Registration Files above is received in full.

Note:

1. One regular registration can cover a paper with 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references (over 5 pages extra-charge 50 U.S. Dollars per page needs to be paid).
2. For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars, such as Iran, please pay Euros as: 1 Euro = 1.25 USD
3. Each registration covers only the publication of one paper and entitles only one author to attend the conference, if co-authors or accompanying persons want to attend the conference, it's suggested they register as listeners.
4. Only one paper can be included into the journal by paying one registration fee; you can pay Extra Paper Charges 350 U.S. Dollars for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
5. ICMSSM is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter (after registration) issued by the ICMSSM Committee Board. Should your application be denied, ICMSSM cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam, nor will ICMSSM engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy of Viet Nam on behalf of the applicant.
6.The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee.
