Registration Guideline
Register as Author (for full paper)
To ensure your participation, kindly submit your full paper before the submission deadline. Following this, your paper will undergo preliminary and peer review. You will receive a notification of your paper's review status by the specified date. If your paper is accepted, it will be published in the conference proceedings, and you will have the opportunity to present it during the conference.
Your registration fee includes the following benefits:
a) 12-minute oral presentation or poster presentation with a 3-minute Q&A session
b) Paper publication
c) Access to all conference sessions
d) A comprehensive conference program
e) A personalized name tag
f) A certificate of presentation
g) A conference bag
h) Meals during the conference, including lunch and coffee breaks.
Register as Presenter ( Abstract Template/ Poster)
You need to submit your abstract to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your abstract as oral presention/poster if it passes the review. Registration fee included:

You’re simply required to fill out the Registration form for Listeners and send it to us via email before the registration deadline. We'll contact you after we review the form. Registration fee included:

Note:

Attendees wish to cancel their conference registration and seek a refund for personal reasons, the following policy regarding refunds will be applied:
1. Cancellation made 60 days prior of the conference date, 100% of the payment will be refunded (Bank/transaction fee charged by the third party will not applied).
2. If cancellation is initiated at least 30 days prior of the conference date, a refund equivalent to 50% of the payment made will be issued.
3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference start date.
4. All no shows will not be eligible for refunds. Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted via email. It should be noted that the organizing committee cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, campus conditions, travel disruptions, visa issues, or health-related concerns.

Note

1. One regular registration can cover a paper with 8-10 pages, including all figures, tables, and references (over 9 pages extra-charge 50 U.S. Dollars per page needs to be paid).
2. For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars, such as Iran, please pay Euros as: 1 Euro = 1.25 USD
3. Each registration covers only the publication of one paper and entitles only one author to attend the conference, if co-authors or accompanying persons want to attend the conference, it's suggested they register as listeners.
4. Only one paper can be included into the journal by paying one registration fee; you can pay Extra Paper Charges 380 U.S. Dollars for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
5. ICMSSM is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter (after registration) issued by the ICMSSM Committee Board. Should your application be denied, ICMSSM cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will ICMSSM engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.
6.The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee.
7. The conference papers will be submitted for publication on time, and the publishing press will submit the proceedings to major database, such as EI, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and other databases. Since the database has the right to selected for inclusion in the engineering database, so we can not make any guarantee for any index. Please consider clearly before registering.
